This project is top-notch in construction speed, technical level and engineering quality in the same industry, and its completion plays an effective role in easing the pressure of the inadequate capacity of port containers in China. Good port conditions and management have also attracted the world's top 20 shipping companies have opened new routes in Yantian Port, South China as a shipping hub. In the aspect of construction, many new technologies, new materials and new technologies have been applied. German WIRTH-B6 and B12 drilling rigs were used in rock-socketed pile construction to ensure the construction quality and improve the production efficiency. The technology is scientific, simple, easy to operate, stable in quality, good in appearance, flexible in construction, convenient, independent, small in influence range, high in comprehensive efficiency and superior to manual welding in the past. The application of rib rolling straight thread connection technology makes the connection technology convenient for construction, stable and reliable in quality, ensures the construction safety and saves the cost, and has its superiority especially under the seismic requirements and special conditions. It is a new technology worth popularizing in the wharf structure. The durability of the structure is guaranteed by various anti-corrosion measures such as silane impregnation on the surface of high-performance concrete, polypropylene high-performance concrete on the wharf surface, the selection and application of permeable formwork and so on.
